Processing Time

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries.
However, some regions may have restrictions due to logistics limitations, local regulations, or lack of available shipping partners. This may include certain remote areas or countries requiring special compliance certifications.
If you are located in a restricted or uncertain region (including but not limited to countries experiencing shipping limitations), please contact us before placing your order to confirm delivery availability.
Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
All orders include tracking numbers.
Tracking information is typically provided within 1–3 business days after shipment. Most tracking numbers can be monitored through global tracking platforms such as 17TRACK or similar services.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@sakiecommerce.com.
Most shipments include insurance coverage. In the event of loss or damage, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
If a package is delayed, we will contact the carrier to obtain an updated estimated delivery time and keep you informed.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders, especially bulk or multi-item purchases, may be shipped in separate packages.
This is normal and allows us to ensure faster and more efficient delivery.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (UTC+8) on business days will begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment facilities in China or other partner warehouses depending on product availability and destination.
